Lo mejor estar en primera línea de playa sin la masificación de Playa del Carmen no de los grandes hoteles. También el buffet que era bueno en las tres comidas aunque se echa en tablas comida mexicana ( solo opción de dos noches a la semana. Muy amable el personal mejicano. Lo peor que como la gestión de la animación la tiene el grupo italiano Bravo, las chicas de animación o hablan ni una palabra de español, los chicos al menos lo intentan. Una falta de respeto al país en mi opinión, pero lo mismo pasa en Firmentera así que ran mas bien un problema de Bravo que del hotel en si.

Lo más bonito es la playa y la privacidad del Hotel.. también el chico de recepción y un animador que habla español muy amables y atentos creo que le falta mejora el servicio de alimentos y bebidas, pagamos una barra nacional que incluía snacks y la verdad de muy poca variedad, el show y la animación muy pobre y con poca producción.. recomendaríamos el lugar solo por su playa y la tranquilidad

We have visited Pavo Real 4 times. I would definitely recommend the paradise off the main hotel zone. We are always greeted warmly by Emmanuel. Our rooms always clean , comfy you won’t spend much time in your room when you see the oasis around you , beautiful beach, pools and I had a fabulous massage. This place is wonderful. Restaurant staff and food is exceptional . This place is great for families or couples. We are getting ready to plan our next trip to Pavo !!!

Good for the price. Everything is in Italian, which makes it difficult for Mexican-Canadians to go around the hotel. I reported the toilet was not working (twice), they promised they would go fix it, but never did. The water pipes are incredible loud to sleep. They only provide 1 access card to your room, which is stupid since you only get power when plugging it inside the room, and makes it difficult to leave any device charging or your kid sleeping while you go get something outside; the 3 times I asked for a spare access card, they couldn't provide it either because the guy in charge was not there or they said they were busy with the system. Staff and location is absolutely outstanding though.

Me gusto la ubicación, el trato del personal muy amable, la playa muy limpia, le hizo falta personal de actividades que hablara español, el agua natural que sirven en el buffet sabe a cloro, la comida en lo personal me gustó sin embargo el gusto se rompe en géneros, otro pequeño detalle en la comida es que debido a que deben tener prendido el clima derivado del calor que hace cuando toca ingresar a comer ya está tibia fría, en el cuarto hay bote de basura en el baño pero hace falta uno en el cuarto, sin embargo esto no indica que no haya disfrutado de mi estadía, los vacacionistas te hacen sentir en familia 👍👍👍😊😊😊😀😀😀

The rooms were very poorly kept . My bathroom leaked and it had a smell even after it was cleaned . There were a lot of bugs in the room and cats stayed on the balcony’s of most rooms on the first floors . The food was ok and the drinks were very cheap .

Hyggeligt, flotte omgivelser og ro. Personalet er flinke. Man bor i bungalow. Værelserne er fine og har en god størrelse med balkon eller terrasse. Det er et Italiensk besat hotel. Italienske "Bravo Club" Dvs stort set alt foregår på Italiensk. Ting står skrevet på Italiensk, og aktiviteter foregår på Italiensk. I receptionen taler de dog engelsk. I restauranten taler nogen lidt egelsk, men mange kun lidt eller slet ikke. Tror 90-95 % af gæsterne er italienere Dette behøver ikke at være negativt, men for os havde det været rart at vide inden vi bestilte hotel.

Playa libre de sargazo

El personal es amable y la comida buena. Hay un che italiano que cocina una lasaña deliciosa y un tiramisú excepcional. En su mayoría hay italianos, el ambiente es tranquilo, las albercas limpias. Tienen bicicletas y seguridad en el hotel durante la noche. Está un poco escondido para llegar, pero el camino está en óptimas condiciones para cualquier coche y no está lejos de la carretera. Te reciben con una bebida de cortesía y hay aguas en la habitación. Recorriendo la playa, les puedo decir que de su alrededor, es la única que no tiene sargazo ni rocas que impidan entrar a nadar o la visibilidad.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff

The hotel was really nice and the staff helpful and friendly. We stayed for 5 nights and the food was great but pretty much the same for every meal. There’s plenty of variety to change what you select but it would be nice to have a differing selection for a longer stay. It’s quite a way from Tulum centre but this isn’t a bad thing as it is a nice quiet location. It’s about £12 in a taxi into town but a collectivo from the end of the street is about £1.20

They turned off the water without letting us know and we were taking showers. Beds were hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. Air conditioner wasn't working well. Rooms were hot. Beds only have a sheet on the bed.

Es el hotel más caro que he visitado; realmente decepcionante para el precio que pagué. La habitación muy sencilla (eso sí, con jacuzzi afuera- que por cierto no estaba caliente- y la playa preciosa saliendo de la terraza de mi cuarto). La comida estuvo bien, pero nada extraordinario que justifique el precio. La TV nunca funcionó, las puerta del baño se cayó rompiéndose en mil pedazos. Mi esposo se estaba bañando, pero gracias a Dios no se lastimó. Definitivamente no volvería nunca y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
