「Excellent all round」

「Staff and quality of food provided」

「We had an absolutely wonderful three-night stay on this cruise. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was beautiful, comfortable and exceptionally clean. On our first night, I became quite unwell, and the kindness and care the staff showed me really touched me. They checked on me, made sure I was okay and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. It was such a...

「Really helpful crew and very neat and clean」

「The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip 」
