The staff was friendly & polite, the room were clean and we love the cruise. The set dinner wasn’t to my liking but that’s more of a personal taste since they must cater do all different nationalities. Thank you so much.

We had a Fantastic stay on M’Gloria! It’s a beautiful ship, and the staff went above and beyond every day for us. The food was also incredible, at every single meal! I’d highly recommend this experience.

The whole 2 nights experience was wonderful . Genie was the best . I was feeling sick and she looked after me the whole time I was there . The activities , rooms , food all excellent . Only downfall bad wifi .

Great service and comfort

Loved the staff and the service was amazing . Food was awesome , rooms beautiful. We did the 3 day cruise and I recommend that to see more sights and relax and enjoy. O my negative was the dirty green pool which they were cleaning and refilling when we disembarked . And the shower fittings loose and need some repair. Other than that we loved it.

Halong Lanha Bay Charm

Had a blast during my birthday trip with family. We booked for an overnight cruise and felt it was enough. You have option to book 2 nights or more though. M Gloria cruise was decently luxurious but there are some wear and tear you can notice especially in the bathroom area. Food was nice though nothing really special. What makes the cruise fun and worthwhile are the staff. They are very attentive and hospitable especially Genie who made sure is everything is well for us. Cam un Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay!

Had the most wonderful 3 day 2 night trip on M’Gloria. The staff was incredibly kind - Happy and Mily always made sure I was ok! And Tam was so helpful, offering me tips for the rest of my trip and eager to practice her excellent English with me. Despite rainy season, the weather was excellent and the accommodations were a cool respite from the humidity. My only suggestion is that since the company operates several ships on the same itinerary, perhaps they can designate each ship based on the type of traveler. Families recommended on one, younger or solo travelers on another, etc.

Wonderful cruise! Friendly staffs, delicious food, organized activities, beautiful views. Willy is the cruise manager and he is kind and give clear instructions! Sinh is our waitress and she is very nice. Huy is very helpful! All crew members are working very hard to please you! Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne 2 Tages Kreuzfahrt. Man wird mit einem Tenderboot ca 25 Minuten zum Schiff gebracht. Essens gut. Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Toll der kleine beheizte Pool am Bug des Schiffes Absolut zu empfehlen.
