"This is our go to hotel when staying downtown for concerts or hockey games. Love that there is parking underground and that the staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Never had an issue here and would recommend to others! "

"They did not have the room we booked, the hotel rooms were unclean, staff were not helpful, the food was awful and upon leaving I checked out and kept my luggage with the hotel services and came back to my bag full soaked in water. Terrible stay but we did make memories. "

"Foods amazing both at the Wild Fig and Townhall. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The 4 star on amenities is due to the hot tub being out of order and the one reason for my weekend getaways. The pool however is heated and very nice. "

"Tired travellers coming home from Hawaii with an 11 hour layover. Got to the front desk at 12:30 am and the guest services agent upgraded our room to a King junior suite. Just what was needed. And the room service was fantastic! Will definitely stay here on our next "layover"."

"The staff were exceptional! Super kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The double beds seemed especially small for tall guests and we ended up getting a cot that the staff delivered within minutes. Great experience and excellent location! A block from a favourite urban playground for kids, Rainbow Park. "

"The building is quite old and certainly not 440 cad per night. The only saving grace is the view if you have harbour front room"
