「The staff was very kind and helpful. Trevor was extremely helpful with check-in and anything else we needed! He was truly the goat. The room itself was clean and very nice. The only complaint I had is we were staying in a two bed room and one bed was insanely squeaky. Everytime they moved at night we were waking up. But our bed made no noise at all. Its crazy how much noise it made.
Other than that, amazing stay. Will be staying again if I come to Santa Cruz for another over night. 」

「Our time here was amazing and we absolutely can’t wait to stay again. The hotel has the mid century California vibe with all the modern amenities. Service was outstanding. We had such a good time we cancelled our dinner reservation in town to stay at the pool where we had drinks and food brought to our very comfortable lounge chairs. We would probably go for the lower level rooms by the pool with the sweet patios and amazing scent from the star jasmine for our next trip! 」
