"Great stay! Great service! The breakfast was pretty good too. Loved the coffee. "

"Our room was very comfortable. We did have some issues with the A/C unit. It was kinda loud, ran constantly. We tried adjusting the temp but then the ‘heat’ mode would kick in"

"Parking was good. Staff at check-in was OK but less than friendly. Within 10 minutes inside the room, I sat down on the corner of the bed and cut my left Achilles area with a steel part of the bedframe hanging out underneath a mattress cover. Of course, I went down to the lobby, reported the incident and had to ask for a form to fill out. But first I had to locate the on duty lobby staff person who was outside, leaning against a pillar on her cell phone while smoking a cigarette. I filled out an incident report inside my room number 331describing what had occurred. Upon my return to the lobby area once again, I had to locate the staff member who is outside again, leaning against the pillar and smoking a cigarette while on her phone. What’s back in the room? I decided to call down to the lobby and get an incident number. The staff member told me she would look into it and call me back and never did. The next morning, I was met with the same height of unfriendly demeanor on the part of the person behind the desk. I asked for a copy of the incident report that she was either unable to operate the coffee machine or it was nonfunctional so I never got a copy. She handed me a torn piece of Notebook tablet to write down my email, so the manager could send a copy to me. I never received any information from the manager or inquiry. This is my 3rd stay at this establishment and I most likely will never return. I stay there because of the proximity to the airport. Guess what’s next!"

"The restaurant and bar were having some sort of difficulty resulting in no customers getting their orders for upwards of 45 min- 1.5 hours. The staff and customers alike were struggling. "
