「The manager at the hotel said there were water problems before and they lost 3 rooms and all other rooms were booked. We eventually stayed one room, but there is only one bed and extra bed was dirty and old, so we couldn’t sleep well.
We really wanted to have two real bed to sleep. One of my kid got sick because he couldn’t sleep well on the old extra bed.
It also the phone broke, so we needed to go to the office to have some lack of towels and other things.
The refrigerator’s handle was...
「hairdryer, mugs and coffee brewers are not equipped in the room, you need to ask at the front desk. For the breakfast, Starbucks coffee is served on the table for guests free to take, but foods are kept inside the front desk. You need to ask either.」
「When i first walked into my room and kayed on the bed.. the sheets were sticky on both beds. . Almost as if someone already laid on the beds and pillows and instead of changing the sheets...dirty sheets were left on the bed for a new customer to find. I had to take all the sheets off and pillow cases myself...take yhem down stairs and get clean sheets and pillow cases..and put them back on the mattresses myself. Other than that, stay was good, custermer service was good. Cleaniness could of been...

I asked discounts from the manager “Peter” but he said he needed to ask his boss. So we haven’t got any discount yet.
The manager “Peter” was nice person, but we were not satisfied with this situation."
