For the price it was what we needed, a bed for the night. Beds were comfortable and mostly clean. There was a pair of dried up contacts stuck to the bathroom vanity. Needs maintenance, but it was what we expected.

The property is under construction so it’s hard to rate. I didn’t know before I showed up it would look like that. But the location and van service helped and the staff was great

This hotel is in terrible condition. Honestly this hotel is probably being used as a shelter site for the homeless population. It is very dirty and others in our group walked out and went to another hotel in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE. Unless you are stuck this is a last resort place to stay. The people who left went to two different rooms and one smelled terrible and the other had the wires for the fire alarm hanging out of the ceiling but no devices in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Upon our arrival there was no running water. It was eventually turned back on. The entire hotel is dirty and to top it off my sister woke up in the middle of the night with bedbug bites. There were visible bedbugs crawling on the bed. The staff was accommodating and move us to a different room at 2am. They did refund our stay with minimal hassle.

Current construction on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I booked this for the hot tub, but that was unavailable. No hair dryers anywhere in the hotel, no vent in the bathroom, mold on the bathroom door and squeaky beds. Bathroom latch was broken. AC just blows air. Didn't do anything at 68, so turned it to 60 and it wasn't even hot outside, but still warm in the room. Breakfast was mediocre for free, no yogurt available. Holes in curtains.

The hotel was horrible. The parking lot was flooded with construction equipment and supplies. It took the receptionist 15 minutes to find our reservation, while I stood there holding a sleeping toddler. The room was dirty! I looked under the bed and it was so much dust and dirt. The ceiling exhaust fan seem like it had never been cleaned since the hotel was built. The shower had water that squirted out near the faucet. The water seemed to have one temperature, super hot. That I had to keep turning off during the shower. The bathroom electric sockets were burnt out so I refused to plug in my iron. To make matters worse an insect of some sort crawled onto my pillow. I wish to request a refund! It was the worst stay I have ever experienced.

This place needs to come with a disclaimer. The property is under construction. The front desk guy tried to correct me and said they are not under construction but remodeling the second and third floor. I don’t think that building should have been occupied during the construction. He showed me the room I would be staying in and it smelled moldy. Poor lighting and dirty. The shower looked nasty. I left and went across the street to a Hilton.
