「Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. Firstly, the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them and the two ladies we dealt with went out of their way to give recommendations and ensure our stay was fantastic. 「自然豊かな環境で清潔なホテルで快適にゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました！ 朝食は付いていてとても助かりました。 夜に、レストランを予約して食べに行きましたがとても美味しかったです。 ロケーションも素敵です！ キッチン付きなので料理をすることが出来て、お風呂はバスタブがついていて、ジャグジーの様な感じで、疲れをとることが出来ました！ また泊まりに行きたいです！！」
