Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very clean and the lazy boy chair was a real delight after a long hike! We really appreciated how the staff let us leave a bag with them while we were on our tramping trip. The motel is in a very convenient location with restaurants, a supermarket, cinema and the bus hub very close by. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Warm friendly welcome with a big smile and efficient and explained the shops close to motel and offered to drop off to theatre to save taking our car for blind husband. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend to friends and family - score 10 out of 10

Lounging with friends

Friends meeting in Nelson. Car space needed. Wanted a pool to dip in to cool off. Wanted a lounge to chill out in. Liked the privacy screens. Great location for the market and food area. Also close to bus station for airport transfers. Staff could bot have been friendlier - went above and beyond.
