This unit was excellent, clean, comfortable and quiet. This is a very large apartment with a large outside lanai overlooking the harbor. The perfect place to enjoy your cocktail

Great stay, easy to walk to.

Brilliant accomodation for the area, had a great stay. My only feedback to owners is to add a timed AC unit to use when hot, and a slightly later default checkout would be perfect like other hotels. Other than that though had a lovely stay and would stay again if traveling through Picton. Walkable to everything.

The view is really unbelievable. Right on the waterfront looking down the sound. It makes it hard to leave the apartment, but the location is also totally central and provides easy access to the harbor, the business district, and to lots of walking tracks. Very highly recommended.

Very spacious and clean. Central. Probably great for families (apartment 202) but not great for 2 couples given one of the rooms is not private but rather a loft with no door/ soundproof. Neither room has cooling or heating or fans. Nice deck. Pub noise below.

The property location was lovely, however the bathroom is dated and needs work and I was left with a burnt kettle and had to boil water in a pot. The next day I was told there were plenty of kettles available so not sure why it wasn’t changed by housekeeping.

Fantastic stay

An excellent stay, the property was clean and large with lots of facilities like washing machine, drying rack, washing powder etc. dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. Some additional staples would have been handy like cooking oil, foil, spices. The views were amazing of the sounds. Unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the views really was special. The location was 10/10 also, being right in the thick of Picton you could access bars and restaurants within 1 minute. We stayed in 403 and would highly recommend it.

An amazing view and a well set up apartment. The only thing I would have liked was a shopping trolly as the supermarket was a bit of a walk and some containers to keep food fresh. Otherwise everything was perfect. Many thanks.

The apartment is very clean and beautiful. View was great, parking was safe too. Before heading to North island, it was a great choice. Just a few things: it would be great if there is a photo of "the Swipe" for car garage in the email instructions, and fix the key box lock. Then we didn't have to call. Anyway when I called, the woman staff helped, and let us to leave the keys at the apartment. Wish we can come back. Thanks!

Great views. Clean. However, the check in was confusing. Website said different management agency. Perhaps it has been updated? Check in time buried in information. Telephone number didn’t work for US Verizon? Quite stressed person answered the phone when borrowed locals phone to get information
