「Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door...

「Lovely stay but no hotwater in the kitchen. Bed very hard had to sleep on the couch. Lovely owner 」

「The location in proximity to UQ was incredible. Public transport was easy to navigate given how close it was to the property. Clean room and bathroom. Sharing the kitchen was an alright experience. Host was easy to communicate with. Did wish there was a better blind situation in the bathroom for better privacy. Overall, very happy though.」

「Great location, amazing views, access to plenty of restaurants and shops, everything you would want in a downtown stay.」

「Clean place, newly renovated, and useful amenities. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!」

「The shower was amazing everything was wonderful.」

Accommodation was no frills (nothing matches: plates, cups, chairs, towels, furnishings etc), but it was comfortable and clean. Didn't do any cooking so can't comment on kitchen facilities. Hot water was good for showers. We loved the pool table. Leroy was a great host. Very friendly and knowledgeable....

「I felt like the price was really fair for what we got. The place was very dusty, under the beds had loads of dog hair which wasn't ideal for someone with allergies. I just had to vacuum and dust on arrival to minimize allergies. The place was clean otherwise. No mold on ceiling referred to in other reviews Outdoor area was really cute! If you're a light sleeper just be aware the walls are thin between apartments and all wooden floors means you hear every neighbouring movement. But...
