首相官邸の隣なので治安の良さは抜群。夜間も静かだが、赤坂が徒歩圏内なので飲食も十分賄える。意外な穴場ビジホ。

喫煙可の部屋しか空いていませんでしたが、私は煙草の匂いをそれほどは気にしないので予約しました。実際、不快なほどではありませんでしたが、敏感な方には少しきついかも知れません。あとは、ホテル周辺の常に厳重な警備を、ものものしいと感じるか安心と感じるか、ですね。フロント、客室にはビジネスホテルに必要なものがコンパクトにそろっており、スタッフも適切に対応してくださいました。

部屋は問題ない

予約名がローマ字表記だったせいかチェックイン時に予約が見つからないと言われた。チェックイン機での電話番号検索で見つかったので何とかなった。大通りから外れているので、夜は静かで滞在自体は問題なく快適だった

とても清潔で快適でした。中には、禁煙の部屋と言いながら、タバコやカビの臭いがするホテルもあるのですが、こちらはそのようなことはなかったです。

清潔で朝食お腹いっぱい。

朝食付きでお腹いっぱい食べられて良かった。空いていて良かった。新聞が読めて良かった。お茶と梅茶はあったがコーヒーのサービスが欲しかった。

静かで朝ごはんも美味しい

官邸横のセキュリティの良い場所で、とても静か。朝ごはんはお弁当だが、同じ系列の他ホテルと比較しても、かなり美味しかった。手作りしているのかな？と思った。ただコーヒーはあまり美味しくなかった。総合的にみて、ビジネスなので当然ラグジュアリーではないが、満足できるホテル。

部屋が狭めズボンプレッサーも縦置きで使えないので不便机も狭く、快適さを求めるのではなく、泊まるだけと割り切れば良いかもしれないツインルームに泊まっても、タオル類が1名分しかなく、夜と朝でタオルを使い分けを狙っていたが使い回すしかなくとても残念

駅から近く利便性が良い。多少施設が古いが金額相応かな。部屋のポットにペットボトルの水を入れたらホコリが浮いたので、一度水道水でゆすいでからにすれば良かった。

ロケーションはとても良いです。　スタッフの方々の対応面も良かったです。一方で、ビジネスホテルとして必要十分な作りで不足はありませんが、最近はアパホテル他のビジネスホテルも高級感ある施設が増えているだけに、施設・備品など見劣りします。

場所が少しわかりづらいかな？立地的に警備が厳重なのは知ってたけど、警官がいる細い路地とか、止められないかと緊張しました。看板とか案内とか出してくれたらもっと行きやすいのにな…と思いました。

思っていたより、部屋は広かったです。タバコは吸わないのですが、喫煙可しか空いてなく不安でしたが、匂いは気にならなかったです。朝食は少し残念でしたが、担当のおばさんが愛想良くて良かったです。全体的に良いホテルでした。

官邸隣のビジネスホテル

地下鉄の駅から近く、首相官邸向かって右側の細い道を歩いて行きます。場所柄警察のの人に行先を聞かれますが普通にホテル名を告げれば通してくれます。ホテルの設備はビジネスホテルとして十分で、朝食メニューは少ないながら朝食として全く問題なかったです。

2階のランドリーの騒音に悩まされ

ホテルの入り口が首相官邸に面した道路にあるため、警察官による厳重な警戒が行われていました。チェックインが深夜になり、通行人はほとんどいませんでしたが、ここなら安全だろうという気持ちになります。問題は、2階にあるランドリーの騒音。11時半過ぎにチェックインして、翌朝10時にチェックアウトするまで、洗濯機・乾燥機が止まっていたのは夜中の2時頃の30分程のみ。ランドリールームには扉がなく、壁を伝って響いてくる振動は、道路工事のドッドッドッという音と同じでした。他に部屋はないということで我慢しましたが、このホテルに宿泊を希望される場合にはできるだけランドリーから離れた階をおすすめいたします。水回りも問題なく、朝食も美味しくいただけましたので、騒音さえなければ十分満足できるホテルだったと思います。

Nice hotel near subway

This is a nice hotel located about 200 m from the nearest subway access, and two more subway access within 400 m. Rooms are small, bed very firm, with high tech toilet (heated seat, bidet etc...). Breakfast is Japanese style. No early check in, however baggage can left in lobby. At no charge. Semi private sitting area at front of hotel. Staff couldn't do enough to help you out.
