Initially they could not find our reservation and kept saying your reservation was all canceled although we did not do that and Expedia shows our reservation status as “booked”.
After an hour of discussion, they forced us to book new rooms apart from the reservation because they don’t have any room for us. That means, possibly we’ll be charged double. One for our previous reservation and the other for new reservation.
The receptionist’s attitude was awful all the time. She was not coorporative at all.
Then suddenly she said she found our reservation. She explained since the reservation was booked through expedia, she had hard time finding our reservation.
At last, she found our reservation and we were able to check in but the whole process took us an hour and that was absolutely a nightmare.
