4 stars only because it’s not that easy to get to and taxis often drop you off a little ways away. But the hotel room was clean, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the plaza it’s connected to had good food options! If you’re looking to be very close to the airport this is definitely a great option

Just a quick overnighter between flights. Room and property were clean and well-maintained. My bathroom was an interesting blend of traditional and modern and surprisingly spacious by Japanese standards. Note, the free airport shuttle is very punctual - if you’re on time, you’re probably late.

Top notch airport hotel. All amenities are provided and are in good quality. Room is clean and spacious, the bathroom and toilet are especially nice. Check in, check out is so easy and quick, all done in a self-serve machine. The 24-hour food and drink dispenser machines are a very nice addition. Only down side is that the shuttle bus from hotel to Haneda airport has very limited seats so you have to be there early to beat the queue. But walking to the Monorail station is also super close and I had no problem taking that with my luggage instead.

There are two hotels with the same name within a block away. The one at Innovation City behind the train station is the newer building of the same hotel chain. Breakfast are excellent, room are clean and comfortable bed. Super convenient, highly recommended!

The room was immaculate, bigger than what i was expecting from tokyo. They have lots of amenities. I will add they do have an onsen however it is not tattoo friendly for those who have tattoos and are planning on staying here

Room was clean and rather large for a Japanese hotel. The public onsen bath was super nice to soak in. There's a convenience store (Daily Yamazaki) about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which was a nice place to grab breakfast. There were also a few restaurants nearby at the Innovation City, but we didn't try these and they seemed to close early. It's walkable from the Monorail and subway station, which makes it conveniently only one stop from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Check-in and check-out using kiosk with English was a breeze. Staff knows English too, and helped me store my luggage after check-out for a few hours before we had to go to airport. There's a shuttle to the airport, but we didn't use it; I think it only runs in the morning, and it only goes one way (i.e. no pick-up at airport going to the hotel), but you can easily use the subway for that. Would stay here again.

This hotel is located at Extremely convenient spot from Haneda airport. In the morning, they have free shuttles to the airport. The public bath house is located on 5th floor and helps you to relax for the night! I’d definitely come back if I need a hotel near Haneda airport.
