Relaxing trip

It was a short walk from the station with many food options around. Not too crowded area and near tourist destinations. Loved the free drinks available at the lobby. Its just that the noise from the hall can be easily heard inside the rooms.

Staff was super excellent! They were very helpful from check-in until we checked out this morning. They tried hard to help us with our luggage transport which was our fault (lesson learned: don’t bring huge luggages when on vacation). We wish we stayed a bit longer with them. We loved staying here, the room was small but we weren’t in it much so it didn’t matter. We also had 3 large suitcases which didn’t cause much of a problem. The staff were lovely except one who did seem a bit snotty but I can’t put the rating down for just one member of staff. The hotel provide unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks including hot chocolate (which was lovely) and an hour a day for unlimited alcohol. They have a washer and dryer which are super easy to use, only accept coins, 300 yen for washer and 100 yen every 30mins for dryer. It’s about a 5min walk to the nearest bus and train station (Kasai Station). We had some confusion over the Disney bus, so it picks you up from the bus station and it’s for everyone not just hotel guests (so can get busy). It’s also not just for Disney Land & Sea. The hotel do provide a timetable which shows you which stop you need to get on both going to Disney and returning. The breakfast options are standard Japanese breakfast options rather than cereal, pastries and a full English. The only complaint I have is that there seemed to be a vacuum going all hours of the day, I mean at 11pm and then could hear it at 5am, which isn’t great if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Property was overall ok, and very convient and centrally located to transportation to Disney and other areas. Notes: bathroom was renovated weirdly, small huge step to walk up and the toilet seat/bidet didn’t fit properly. So if you are sitting the cover is resting on your back, when standing you have to hold the cover up.

It was a good place to stay. It is right by the bus and train station. Relatively near the Tokyo Disneyland. Breakfast area can be bigger and staff more welcoming.

I love the area it’s very lively and the are several shops and dining in walking distance. The Hotel itself is well kept. The room was not spacious but it was clean smelled nice and they provided essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a robe and bedroom shoes. The staff was amazing very kind and willing to help with any questions. In the lobby they provided complimentary drinks for everyone not just water. The train and bus station is practically next door providing access all over the city from the airport to Tokoyo Disney. I will definitely book this hotel again

インターネットは問題なく使えました。またテレビは見れないけど、YouTubeが見れたので楽しめました。スタッフの接客の姿勢、考え方には問題があると思います。真面目の方向性が間違っている。事務じゃないんだから、感じの良さや言い方、態度は大切だと思います。 同じことを言うでも、言い方、態度で変わります。すごくいやーな気持ちになりました。

ロングステイでの利用でした 値段以上の広さと快適さがありました 駅ちかで、地下鉄もバスも利便性が良かった ビールサーバーもあり、嬉しい限りでした シャワートイレが少し変わってたし、蓋がすぐに閉まってしまうのが少し使いずらかった あと、スマートテレビなんですが、前の方のアカウントが解除出来ず、少し難義しました 忘れずにログアウトする事に注意が必須です
