Great location in Ginza area, not too busy. Staff were super helpful in arranging luggage transfer and cute robot delivered towels to room. Bathroom in room with no door to close was weird though - no possibility of privacy. Bed was comfy but room quite small even by Tokyo standards.

Beds were very comfortable, the rooms includes 4 free bottle of water every day. Breakfast buffet was ok, but not many options for the price. The restaurants and bar closes very early 8.30pm and there is no room service. The location is great.

Overall the condition of the hotel and the location were excellent. We felt safe, it was quiet and not crowded. We were able to walk to the shopping areas, convenience stores, transportation stops, and the fish market, very convenient. And we also love the grab and go breakfast, the treats and lavender bags, they were all very thoughtful! The one thing is the hotel could have more restaurants information and offer to make reservations, especially for 1st time visitors. We also love the recommendations for the airport transport and the convenience of the airport limousine bus stop. We would be coming back to this location for sure!
