The Space:

However, it's worth noting that Shin-Okubo still retains a strong Japanese culture, allowing you to experience the best of both Japanese and Korean cultures without having to travel to two different countries.
Another eight-minute walk to Muslim Street. There are many Muslim supermarkets and a variety of street food. The mix of many different cultures makes Okubo unique, and it is an interesting experience that cannot be experienced anywhere else in Tokyo.

★ For stays of 28 days or more, free use of water, electricity, and gas is limited to 12,000 yen per month. If you exceed the free usage limit, you will be charged an additional fee. If you run out of consumables after your stay, you will have to buy consumables yourself.
★ If you request an additional bed, such as a floor mattress or a sofa bed, you will be responsible for making it yourself; however, we will provide the necessary extra bedding.

⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, we will ask for compensation.
⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival.
⑰ For two guests, we provide either 1 double bed or 2 single beds (this is not an option, please refer the bed type of this room), and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests (for example, 2 guests need 2 beds) , there will be an additional charge for beddings. The additional bed could be a sofa bed or Japanese futon, subject to availability.
⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through our own online form before check-in. If you have any concerns for filling up and upload your passport soft-copies via our check-in form, please do not book this room.
⑲ Please avoid pressing the "emergency" button on the intercom unless it is an emergency. A fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged for unnecessary activation.
