"For a single guy this was great place to stay just 7 minutes away from the station. There several restaurants around the area to check out and bars to enjoy. But most importantly I never felt worried in the area by myself. Also helps to have google translate for better communication but overall I enjoyed my stay with a wonderful host who showed me everything I needed to know about my stay there. Look forward to staying there again."

"Our second stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, and once again, a wonderful experience. Exceptional service, attentive staff, and great attention to detail. No complaints whatsoever."

The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice.
This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

Hotel location is very good and within walking distance from metro/JR train stations and Tokyo station shopping district. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We found the rooms to be very large and comfortable. We had a minor clog in the toilet and it was fixed quickly after we reported it. Our only regret is that the reservation spot available at the Sushi Sora restaurant was too late for us. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.

The Peninsula Tokyo lives up to the Penisula's reputation as a premier hotel. The staff is incredible and our trip was capped off with a last minute dinner reservation the concierge was able to get us at one of Tokyo's Michelin two star restaurants.

Compared to US pet friendly hotels (ex. La Quinta), I didn't have high expectations of the place. But it was a huge surprise and relief to see a well maintained, clean property! The staff is very helpful, communicats is several languages and made us feel welcomed. Even though the room is small (compared to American hotels), it has everything you need including basic hygiene accessories. Air conditioner worked great, plenty of good quality shampoo/conditioner and of course a bidet. Breakfast was...

The location was close to the train station and convenience stores, which was great! I was also happy to have a microwave in the room. It was slightly disappointing seeing stains on the carpets throughout the hallways and the dust accumulation in the room I stayed in, but otherwise it was okay. Staff was excellent. Thank you.

My husband and I loved staying at Sadie’s Home. Sadie is absolutely wonderful and very caring. Willing to help in any way she can. I highly recommend staying here whenever someone visits Japan. Maybe it is a little out of the way for some popular places but totally worth it

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. I like the location, just outside of Akihabara. I feel like a local rather than a tourist when I stay here. This hotel has a great WiFi connection.

If you need a space to sleep thats not a capsule hotel, this place is perfect. Walking distance to Skytree Mall etc, and the Oshiage station. Basic room and super quiet. Would recommend.
