Casa Solstice
This peaceful NON-SMOKING accommodation offers a relaxing stay in a completely different setting.
A 50m2, 2-bedroom house designed for those seeking a central, authentic and quiet base for visiting the island.
The accommodation is compact, designed for 2 adults or a family with young children (contact me).
/!\ The rooms are separated by a thin partition, so the sound insulation is moderate.

With its view of the Tinache volcano and its terraced fields, you can spend hours observing this landscape like a painting in absolute tranquility.
The terrace overlooks our vegetable garden: tomatoes, squash, peppers and fruit trees for the joy of watching them grow day after day.
We built this little house ourselves entirely out of wood! Powered by 6kW of solar panels and equipped with a 2.4kW electric vehicle charger, we are truly committed to renewable energy and resources.
The 1400m2 property consists of a garage-laundry room and 5 apartments.
The laundry room is openly accessible for €3/wash, detergent included.
Free, monitored parking is available for the entire property.

Tinajo is rural Lanzarote, authentic and largely untouched by mass tourism development. The chalet overlooks the village center, is within easy reach of shops and restaurants, yet is just far enough away to offer absolute peace and quiet.
Just a 10-minute walk from the Tinajo Plaza bus stop, the property is well connected to Arrecife and the airport (1 change).
The area is easily explored on foot or by bicycle, but if you wish to visit the rest of the island, a rental car will be essential.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING Indoors and Outdoors
WiFi approx. 20 Mbps (basic home use, browser, maps, inadequate for video calls).
For travelers with an electric vehicle: use of the charging station is free between 9am and 6pm. It is charged at 20 cents/kWh outside these hours (e.g., 12 hours of charging at 1.2kW equals 14.4kWh, or €2.88).
We use natural pest control methods, take care not to leave any food that might attract pests.
Please note that despite our best efforts, as we are in a rural area, it sometimes happens (rarely!) that a cockroach finds its way into the kitchen. If this is unacceptable to you, please do not book our accommodation.
Similarly, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our accommodation and therefore cannot refund a cancellation related to an allergic reaction.
