"I booked a family room with 2 beds for my family for a night in Hue. Nothing too bad but absolutely not a good choice. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the river, so the atmosphere is great. We love it. Staffs are nice and fast-reacts to our request when there are problems with the lavabo. The guard helped us to carry our luggage when arriving, not when leaving. Cons: This price is absolutely overcharged. With that price, adding $10 or $20, I may get a much better option in a nice...

"Staff, service, cleanliness of room, location were all exceptional. Only a 4 star for property condition because the toilet didn’t flush very well and the ceiling fan speed didn’t work well. Otherwise the property is kept in excellent condition. We would highly recommend a stay at the Melia Vinpearl in Hue!"

"Beautiful and luxurious hotel in a peaceful setting, slightly outside the downtown area but still walkable to everything. Room was comfortable. Pool area was immaculate and not crowded. We paid a small upcharge for breakfast (about $9 USD per person), for possibly the most opulent breakfast buffet I have ever seen. This is a great choice if you want a more luxe experience as opposed to a less touristy one."

"The staff at this hotel were so friendly and kind, they helped make our experience even better. Breakfast was good, laundry service was very convenient and they had it ready the next morning for us, the rooftop bar was nice to relax. They held our bags after we checked out since we had a late night flight and they let us hang out on the rooftop and use the washroom/shower which was amazing! "

"Had a lovely stay. We are a family of 5 and found the hotel and facilities were great for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very noisy at night (bars and clubs nearby) but this is the area, every hotel would have the same issue: come prepared. Building is tired but service made up for this."
