「This was my first time visiting New York, so I booked the hotel without knowing the area well. The building, especially the elevator, is old, but there was never a problem with it being crowded, and I was able to ride it without issues. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance of Penn Station and right next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Times Square and the Empire State Building are also within walking distance....
「We stayed for the weekend on a couple’s escape and booked a room with a view. The view from the 35th floor facing downtown was just breathtaking. The location was perfect right near Penn Station. The room itself was perfect and the shower had Kevin Murphy shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There was some minor construction noise upstairs in the middle of the afternoon but nothing inconvenient. Our housekeeper, Kiara, was top notch.
We would definitely stay here again.」
