"Room and resort were not as pictured -- complained about our initial room not being the room on the website and we were 'upgraded ' but not by much. Expected better upkeep and maintenance of the property -- would not go back."

"The beds were comfortable. They didn't have a fan or a a/c vent in the bathroom. Therefore it was very uncomfortable to take a shower and get dried off with out sweating. And also there is not a sink in the bathroom it is out in the room and that seemed very inconvenient. Probably will not stay here again."

"Clean room, and breakfast. Parking space is available but limited on front side. So we had to park little away from the hotel entrance, and that parking space is not paved."

"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...

"This location was excellent if planning a trip to Hilton Head Island and don't want to stay on the beach. It took about 10 minutes to get from the hotel to beach parking. The location was close to restaurants, shops, mini golf, etc. We also felt very safe. I will mention that directly behind the hotel is a waste water treatment facility.
