"Staff on reception were fantastic. Breakfast service and food was a little disappointing. However evening restaurant service and staff were great. Noisy will be true of any hotel of this style in Mumbai. I stayed during rainy season. So much plastic and tarpaulin around that it was quite dramatic when the heavy rain fell. Very good area to stay. I would recommend. Spa treatments are als top notch. "

I especially emailed to confirm beach front ….. it’s on a cliff - it’s not very clean and there is no room service and I never once found hot water in the taps - In short not what I booked (and for that I blame Expedia ) and not nice enough to go again. "This hotel was a wonderful hotel in its time. They have not maintained it. However, and the bathroom needs to be completely redone. The water heating system is a problem. Their towels and their linen is not hygienic and really old. I do like this property, but they really have to do it up service, the bathrooms and get new linen and towels."
