「there were three crews but the service was really limited. They even didn't swipe the table. There was no hot water in the shower, it was rainy cold day. AC was not controlable, only on or off. I think the staff didn't check properly what is missing and should be prepared before departure. We bought some tiger prawns to cook on the boat, we asked to cook non spicy so that our small kids can eat, but it was very spicy.hotel discription says there is free wifi, but when I asked for it, the staff...

「The food on the trip was amazing. We were able to stop and the purchase king prawns and fish and the staff fried it for us. The boat was clean and had been recently refurbished. The owner was responsive to our emails. The trip was overall an enjoyable experience for our family. It's great to see the life along the communities as you slowly move along the back waters.」
