"Rooms very clean,when ask for something, Mr Bernard and Mr Hament of house keeping very attentive. Breakfast very indian, more continental would be good. Beach magnificent atmosphere. Majority of staff very nice and helpful. "

"Chose the hotel as it was close to the Mumbai airport we had a very early am flight to catch The room was ok, lobby very nice, bright, clean what made this location exceptional was the staff, one of the most attentive I have encountered in a large national chain Had dinner in the lobby restaurant last night which was very nice, the servers brought us a slice of cake inscribed with “ come back soon”. So nice. "

"Good clean hotel at a great location. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, the rooms are old and those which face the interior of the hotel, get zero natural light. Tub was slippery, had no anti slip mat/coating- if you are old, you may want to avoid a room with a bathtub here. They also refuse to let Uber eats/doordash/ outside food in. That’s a bummer. All things considered, it’s a good hotel but the stay can be a lot more pleasant if they fix a few things."

"Incapable management and zero intellect in service across areas. The property has not been well acquainted by the staff and they are unable to help with small aspects. The service is way below standard and the communication between staff makes everything confusing. Definitely not a place to stay if you want to enjoy Juhu, also a very terrible experience of hospitality!"

"“Embassy Suites” like courtyard all the rooms open to, well-equipped gym and pool- and a short 10-15 min ride to the Intl airport. Complimentary shuttle from the airport not available though."
