This hotel was beyond my expectations, which were very high. I can’t say enough good things about the food service and excellent staff. Best was the hotel manager Imani who went out of her way to be sure my room request was filled. Love this hotel.

As a veteran traveler of 50+ years, I can say without question that my experience at the Taj Mahal Palace was superb in every way and the best service of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is great for walking and shopping. I hope to return.

It was like a dream - from check in to check out! The staff were so friendly and kind. The hostess Deepali was delightful and took time to chat with us. Everyone made us feel special. Loved the pool and the fitness room to change in. Our room was huge. Loved the extras from the welcoming ceremony to the light and sound show by the pool!

We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.

Room was amazing , stuff is very helpful and friendly. Great view on an Indian gates !

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at The Taj Mahal Palace Towers . I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but this stay left a truly lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible variety and quality that was simply the best we’ve experienced. The amenities were excellent, and every detail of the hotel reflects elegance and comfort. What makes the stay even more special is the rich history of this iconic property—it’s not just a hotel, it’s a landmark experience. I can confidently say this was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience. Going forward, I will always choose the Taj Group of Hotels whenever possible. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.
