The only complaint I have is the heat was on high and there was little no circulation, even with the windows opened for the entire 3 nights we stayed. I asked to have this remedied many times and the staff was unobliging. It was nearly impossible to sleep with these conditions. I would never spend the money I spent to stay at this hotel again. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Traveled with husband and our 5 year old. Pull out couch was actually really comfortable. Appreciate that! We were able to easily order delicious food to the hotel at the end of long days of travel or exploring. 1 2 or 3 subway lines are very closeby for easy transit anywhere in the city. Staff were kind and characters and we loved them. Hotel is in Great condition. Will definitely look for deals to stay here again!"

"Very average hotel. The rooms are VERY small, with tiny bathroom. The lobby restaurant does not have enough staff to accommodate the hundreds (thousands??) of people looking to purchase coffee and food every morning. The lines are insane at both check-in and for food. They had the mobile room key and online check-in option, but you couldn't use it until you showed ID at the front desk, so its useless."
