Suggest to have front desk dedicated for checked in customer service such as key room not working Rather than falling in line for over an hour together with people who are checking in. No notice of work order done in the room, Was surprised to find hotel maintenance in our room.housekeeping service is great!"

Ideal location for exploring the Upper West Side, with a subway stop just two blocks away. A hidden gem!!"
