"This VRBO was truly outstanding from start to finish. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the home itself was immaculate. There honestly is not a single item a family could need that was not thoughtfully provided.There were ample pool towels and bath towels for a large family, which is so rare in rentals. The kids were in heaven with the pool toys, rafts, family board games, backyard playground equipment, and the expansive arcade room. Even the little touches were above and beyond, like the waffle maker and hot dog maker, complete with waffle mix, syrup, and all the fixings already stocked.The comfort of this home deserves special mention. The mattresses were so good that I am planning to ask the host what they are so I can buy one for our home. Even the pillows were amazing, which honestly never happens in a rental.We traveled in December and January and opted to pay extra for pool heating, and it was absolutely worth it. The pool was perfectly warm, so much so that even the adults were swimming at night.Seriously, this could not have been a better experience. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family."

"Cocorama was the perfect location for my family to celebrate the holiday! The kitchen was incredibly spacious allowing for many adults to create the holiday meals and others gather round to share in conversations at the same time. Overall the living space and bedrooms are well appointed. The game room and pool table in the den added such fun. The pool and hot tub added to the fun. Views of the city lights at night did not disappoint. The owner and property manager were so attentive.! "

"Stayed two nights mid November. Sally the host was very welcoming and kept a great balance of helpfulness and giving you your space. Great outdoor area for views, fireplace; and peacefulness. Breakfast outside each morning was great. Room was welcoming and nice private outdoor courtyard. "

"We came to celebrate Thanksgiving. It was a perfect location. The space was great, very comfortable. I liked that the host provided coffee and kitchen essentials - sugar, tea, some pantry staples! The pool is gorgeous but not heated. I really wanted to try it! 4 bedrooms was nice to spread out plus the office nook. If we come back to Tucson, we'll be back!"
