Room was decent though older and could use a freshing up, especially the rugs. The staff was super helpful, the pool was down but the staff was easy to work with and super kind and kid friendly, breakfast was great for hotel breakfast

Very nice room. Initially I was concerned about my decision to book at Sonesta ES, but I am glad we stayed. Good choice if staying more than 2 days, property is well maintained and area is safe.

I have stayed here many times and have mostly had good reviews… my room was dirty, the shower curtain was torn, the plate in the cupboard was broken, missing silverware, the list goes on…it’s just starting to get very run down… I ALWAYS stay here when I come to Tucson (which has been multiple times this year) not sure I will stay here anymore as they aren’t taking care of the rooms…it’s sad because I love this place.
