「The hotel is new, located in the less crowded parts of Roma Norte but with shops and coffee shops near by.」

「The location was really nice and the listing was accurate. However the receptionist working in the morning was quite rude and we were not allowed to leave our bags in the lobby during check-in or check-out despite this being mentioned in the listing. 「La ubicacion excelente, el apartamento limpio. Nos apoyaron cuando se hacia una consulta, la persona encargada del cuidado de loa apartamentos muy amiable. Me volveria a hospedar.」

「Communication was very smooth and excellent support. The security guards were kind. Rooms were relatively new and comfortable. Free water and laundry detergent should be provided as we have to wash our own towels. No road noise at all, but you can hear well when other guests make noise.」
