"The Staff were excellent - especially Monserrat, aka Monse, at the front desk - she was delightful! Always pleasant, happy and willing to help with anything. She gave us great suggestions for dinner and directions. The other front desk personnel and staff were also very helpful and personable. Pros: Kitchenette equipped with filtered water, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, skillets, dishes, full refrigerator. Plenty of shelves and hanging space for clothes Great Location - convenient to lots of great restaurants Good laundry Gym and Terrace Cons: While there was good hanging space, there was a small number of hangers for two people. Our Balcony had no furniture - why have a balcony with no furniture? Our refrigerator had a very loud noise - they sent someone to repair it twice without luck - never offered to replace it or move us to a different room The shower has very low pressure; also, it would go from hot to boiling hot and then very cold without notice. There is a pull-out bed in the sofa, but the linens provided do not fit properly, so I would wake in a wad of linens. The bed is a typical pull-out, semi-comfortable. On two separate occasions, my husband attempted to use the men's bathroom off the terrace and there was no toilet tissue in any stall. Loud sirens day and night. I would probably recommend ULIV for the location, but would not recommend a balcony room, and would caution about the shower if that is important for my friends."

"The staff is in credible. Literally every employee was genuinely eager to be helpful and make sure I had a great stay. I enjoyed the free breakfast every day with incredible views. I also took advantage of the free cafe next to the lobby. My room was cleaned and the maid service exceeded my expectations. Again, consistent excellent service was provided by the staff making my stay a happy one."

"Location is awesome! So many cool places nearby…. But the hotel itself is so fun. If you love staying in more authentic places without the big names, this is one of those places. Charming, great service, clean, and has so much character and feel. Would definitely recommend"

"Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
