Very good property with excellent location in Santa Fe. Connected to a small mall that has several dinning options, a supermarket, ATMs, coffee shops, etc. Staff was very friendly. In-property food was good. Would recommend.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and connected to a mall which is very convenient. Most of the staff was wonderful except for the lady that was at the time of our check in. She did not tell us anything about the hotel, except for our room numbers and wifi info. Nothing else. We didn’t know about breakfast, pool, dining options etc.

Second time staying here and I have no complains except for: It was impossible to contact the front desk from the room’s phone and I wasn’t able to find the odor extractor in the bathroom. Otherwise, helpful staff, clean and convenient.

Nice, but you get what you pay for.

My husband and I always come to Santa Fe (CDMX) for a staycation on our anniversary. While you do expect rooms that are a little subpar when getting a good deal, and although the quality of the service and of the room in general were as expected, we were a bit disappointed to see that our room was more of a shoebox than anything else. A bit constricted space-wise, and simply not what we had been offered before. Also, if it were evident that the hotel was filled to capacity, I would understand, but we saw but one other guest during our stay at least in the evening. We were the only ones for dinner (fantastic food, I must say), so it was clearly not necessary to give us what is probably one of the lowest rated rooms in the house. Also, don’t offer a king sized bed if you’re not going to provide it. This is a queen I am writing from, no doubt. So, mostly, thank you, but just a tiny bit disenchanted.

Great location for business only, not fun.

The service was prompt, friendly and great. The bartender Martin was an amazing bartender, excellent recommendations and the best margaritas and Mezcalito. It is close to a supermarket which was amazing to have nearby. The bad: The hotel has a jacuzzi on the 15th floor. We tried to use it two times with no luck. First time we were told it has to be requested to turn on because of how little it is used. Then a couple days later we asked to have it turned on, but when we got there it was not. They warmed the water but no bubbles, the jets were not on. It was cold while we waited 15 mins after asking a second time and nothing. Also online they promote the Alchemist as a Thursday through Sunday hotspot with dj. Upon arriving on Wednesday night the front desk said only Saturday night. Shame on Hilton. Update the site if that is seasonal. This drops the quality of the stay. The room comfort is great but would not stay there again.

Room was in good condition, however the tv could not connect to Internet, wifi, Netflix, nothing. But the main thing was the fact that the hotel's main amenities (the pool) was unsanitary to enter since there was a very sexual type of party upstairs and the front desk did not notify this at all.
