「It wouldn't be a bad place it was bigger and staff existed. You cant get any help and they expect you to message the property online. And when you try to cancel your reservation they tie your money up because they cant reach the staff or property. They hotel doesn't even know what they are talking about i ordered a room for 2 and they told menit was for one!」

「I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty.
