「I would not stay here. the mold in the shower was disgusting. The furniture was dirty.Sofas would be thrown out at my house…20 years ago. Clutter clutter clutter…I have photos if you want.」

The kitchen was stocked with essentials and then some. There was plenty of room in the drive way for multiple vehicles to park plus space in the back.」

「The Cottage at Leipers Fork is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The layout was perfect for my husband and me; it felt spacious, and the kitchen is large (for such a small house), and very inviting. We didn't do any real cooking, but we could have, as the kitchen is well stocked, the stove is brand new, and the fridge, also new, is large. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rural setting very quiet, so we slept well. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Franklin, and it only...

Communicating with Denise was a breeze. She was so thoughtful with all the little gems and touches with the cottage and extremely helpful with the recommendations on places to eat.
