"Lovely stay and came across the stunning Offa cocktail bar inside. Staff very helpful however a couple of points not so enjoyable- shower over the bath was difficult to work it . No hook on back of the bathroom door it hadn’t been replaced just the marking where the old one had been. Didn’t sleep very well as the quilt was very thin it felt like a summer quilt. No extra blankets in room . Central location for everything is great. "

"Good value, clean bed, warm, reasonable bathroom (except yellow damaged seat). Was awoken by the door opening at 03.00 in the morning - felt unsafe."

"Disappointing all round. Room tired and shabby, plus not thoroughly cleaned. Spa showing its age (eg not all pool jets working). 30 min spa massage was actually closer to 20 mins. Emailed final bill included a “optional” service charge that could not be declined I.e not optional. "

"The room was a simple room but ideal for my stay. I'd consider it value for money. Room and bedding was clean. TV. Quite spacious. En suite was also clean and the shower had plenty of room and hot water. Wall heater easy to use. Quiet overnight. The bar was laid back. Food reasonably priced. Locals pub. Choice of beers.
