"Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "

"One day before my family's planned arrival, I received a call from the operator's husband to say there was no hot water and he wanted to give me the opportunity to book an alternative stay. I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. It was late to book elsewhere so initially my family agreed to go regardless but as no further communication was forthcoming despite several attempts I booked elsewhere. "The location was beautiful and quiet! Ledbury was close by with plenty of amenities. The owners were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!"

"Very comfortable and homely cottage, with everything we needed for a mini break. Lots of thoughtfull extras added by the owner. Great location for exploring the countryside and a great gastro pub over the road."

"Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."

"This is a hotel with traditional style and modern comfort. We had a week's holiday here participating in the Three Choirs Festival. The hotel made us very welcome even to the extend of presenting us with a welcome gift. It all added to a most enjoyable break with good food and drink, good company and excellent entertainment. My daughter and son-in-law particularly enjoyed the cocktail bar so we made them a gift to come back on their own some-time. Thank you. A Five Star Review - we had a wonderful time!"

"Lovely building out in the countryside, but with good access to surrounding areas. Large rooms, good decor, comfy bed (with the freshest sheets I have ever smelt) and good shower. Good food with great service from the front of house team. Will choose Himley again whenever I am next in the area."
