「We visit Carlsbad several times a year and decided to try this property for the first time. While the location and ocean views are absolutely beautiful and hard to beat, the overall experience didn’t justify the price for us, especially at the rate per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon arrival, the floors felt dirty and were covered with sand throughout the condo, making it feel like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. 「Stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. Traveled in from Atlanta to watch tennis and enjoy some time away. This house was perfect for the 4 couples traveling and could have accommodated several more couples. The outdoor area was amazing and we really enjoyed the game room. Carol made the check in/check out process seamless. We will definitely stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to this area. Thank you!」
