    Good place with nice layout. I would stay here again in the future. Small quiet complex only 10 condos with gated entry. Good location to get to all the golf courses and close to the airport.

    Place was great! Clean and quiet! But the beds needed fitted sheets for sure! We kept ending up on the actual mattress, which was gross. The only sheet on the bed was a flat sheet tucked around the side of the mattress, which didn't stay tucked in at all.

    The description and photos describe a different place; what we experienced was outdated & different furniture, dirty carpet, showers with little water pressure and non-working shower heads, peeling paint in several areas, cracked mirror in bathroom, shades that didn't fit the windows, filthy air vent, cracked ceiling, fogged windows, filthy laundry room, torn towels, dirty floors and under kitchen sink area, faulty blind in kitchen, dirty window seals and an overall dirty feeling. We were extremely disappointed.

    Reasonable value, but lots of deferred maintenance

    Despite the great reviews on this property, we were quite underwhelmed when we stayed. Everything is quite dated, and not in a "it's a quaint mid-century property" way. The carpet and furniture are overdue for an overhaul or replacement, or at least a very deep clean. Signs of deferred maintenance abound. Plaster is pulling off the walls around the pool area. The "workout facility" is not much more than a dark closet with no windows and a blinking bare fluorescent bulb, dumbbells, and a stationary bike adjacent to shelves of old magazines and games. The primary shower never got warm, and the AC rattled when it ran. The whole complex appears to be STR's... not a lot of pride of ownership was apparent.

    Great place, great location, great stay

    The unit was bright, airy and roomy. More than enough space for 4 adults and a big dog to spread out. Right next to Trader Joe’s, Target, Boomer’s and other fast food restaurants, but close enough to drive into Palm Springs or into the mountains to hike. Thank you Will for helping make this a wonderful family vacation.

    Family vacation

    We enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. The owners were able to let us check in early as well, which was especially great for our girls who immediately jumped in the pool. AC worked great and the laundry the laundry fascia were greatly appreciated

    Wonderful Sunlit Villa

    We had a wonderful 7 night stay. The villa is clean, spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. There was plenty of cookware and basics to get started. The shared laundry room was clean and supplied with detergent. The area is gated, and close parking is available for the villa. Will, our Host, was quick to respond to any questions. The pool is just steps away and perfect for a dip, or hanging out. We loved the outdoor porch for sitting and looking at the night sky. Target and Trader Joe’s are just a short walk across the street. Everything was great!

    Fabulous Luxury Condo!

    We loved our stay here! The host supplied us with easy-to-follow directions to access the condo and pool. The condo was large and comfy and decorated beautifully. Enormous en-suite bathroom with beautiful tile. And some yummy welcome treats in the kitchen! Would absolutely stay here again!

    This place was fantastic for our two couples to stay for the weekend. Clean and orderly, great communications, close to everything! Very bright unit with lots of light thorough windows and high ceilings.

    Great host

    This property worked for our short stay before heading north. The host, Will, is very personable and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to access the property. There was a minor issue with the card access, but Will was available to assist immediately. It was not an problem. The property is in walking distance to a family friendly mini-golf, go cart, rock climbing facility. Trader Joe’s and Starbucks were a quick walk across the street and through the parking lot. Target is there too— in case you need it. The unit we were in was definitely dated. It reminded me of my grandparents home— dated, but everything worked. I enjoyed coffee by the pool, which is clean. Hummingbirds and butterflies flitted all over near the pool area in the early morning and evening. It’s a charming place. The hummingbirds are just enchanting.

    Property manager was available both times I called and helped us with our issue right away. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and plenty of space. Convenient walk to restaurants and store!

    Perfect spot for visit to Palm Springs area.

    Lovely condo while visiting the Palm Springs area with our adult daughter. Very comfortable and spacious condo. Two large bedrooms with connected baths, laundry facilities available and pool. Very attractive grounds and easy walk to Trader Joe’s and Target for supplies. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

    Loved the condo!!

    This quiet, CLEAN, gated condo was so spacious, comfortable, well stocked and decorated so nicely that we wished we had planned to stay even longer!!! Loved our view, the pool and walking to Trader Joe’s or Target in a few minutes👏 Location was perfect! Excellent communication with Will and his response was almost instant! We highly recommend and would stay again👍
