Disappointment in Tauranga

This motel is in definite need of an upgrade. The furniture is "tired" and very dated. The air freshener used was overpowering all our stay. One good point was the shower - good water pressure. Not value for money.

Einfach, praktisch, groß und günstig.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr bequem und geräumig. Der sehr nette chinesische Besitzer passt auf, dass niemand auf Hotelgelände reinkommt, der da nicht hingehört. Nicht weit weg ist ein Superparkt

We won't be going back there!

Staff inefficient and incompetent. Gave us wrong room when we arrived. Had to repack and change room on second day. Took ages to check out due to problems with Eftpos machine which the manager blamed on my credit card.

Pet friendly

The room was comfortable and clean. Most importantly they welcomed our little furry one Benji. Even Benji was very comfortable in the place. The location was also good.

What wonderful service.

What lovely service. Offered a free pop with my milk. TV didn't work and was quickly fixed. Room was soooo spacious. Great kitchen.

Quiet get away.

Really enjoyed our stay. Just a small thing though, The cleaning lady used bleach to clean our room, which any other time would be great, but our room was closed up for most of the day, so when we came back, the smell of bleach was really strong.

Nice hotel in good neighborhood!

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. We stayed with our two small children and were very comfortable there! The room was big and had two separate bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. We could walk to the grocery store and a few other shopping places. All in all a great hotel! The only improvement would be to supply a broom in the room. My kids like to eat dry cereal in the morning, but being 1 and 3 they tend to drop some on the floor and I don't like to leave a mess like that behind! A broom would have made the clean up easier!

Hosts were lovely, pool was nice and big . Downside our room stunk of cigarette smoke, and the main double bed very uncomfortable.

was ok, for price though and fact that we had requested the family room as we were staying as a family I would have expected that it was topped up a bit more with things like tea bags and toilet paper, stayed 3 nights and had to ask on 2 of those nights for more teabags and toilet paper.

Home away from home

Excellent, so nice to have electric blankets on the bed, lots of space and facilities to make a snack. Wi fi was a bonus and well used. Will definitely return and let our friends know of you.
