This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too.
The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze.
My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). It was an incredible stay that was only a 6 min walk to Tokyo station and an even closer walk for the Ginza line. There is a 24 hour 7/11 on the first floor that is very convenient to get a meal and even burn the change you have collected throughout the day. 10/10 will stay again
