Apartments in Tama Nagayama Station for Rent

This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner. About a 10 minute walk to Kokubunji Train Station. All directions in room are in Japanese. So you will need a translation app. Also office staff has very limited English and they use a translation app too. You will get a feel for living in Japan with a small grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Enjoy.

My husband and I loved staying at Sadie’s Home. Sadie is absolutely wonderful and very caring. Willing to help in any way she can. I highly recommend staying here whenever someone visits Japan. Maybe it is a little out of the way for some popular places but totally worth it

Hotel was in a very convenient location - close to subway and tons of dining options available. Very close to large grocery store as well. What I really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it was despite the busy area. The accommodations are excellent as well - clean and spacious. Staff very responsive as well. Will not hesitate to stay there again next time we come back to Japan.

The apartment was very clean, safe and quiet. I appreciated how close it was to Setagaya station. The fan in the bathroom had a loud noise initially but I contacted the property management and they fixed a problem quickly. Communication with property management was easy and the instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. The only downside for me was the mattress. I stayed for 2 weeks so I wish it was firmer and more comfortable. It was overall a lovely stay and I'd enjoy staying...

Really convenient place! Family mart is just down the road and restaurant are near by. Love the vending machine outside of the building. Place is great!

Kichijoji is close to my home town. I’m so happy that I could find this apartment at Kichijoji near Kichijoji station. I was looking for the room a studio style. Because this trip is just by myself. Not with my family. This room is for a young couple or a single. Not for older couple because it’s small size studio. The room is clean and cozy. There is an umbrella in closet which I could use in rainy day that was unexpected during my vacation. And I did a lot of laundry, I could hang wet...

Only criticism is that it would be nice if the bedroom had black out curtains. It's very bright very early in the summer. Also the illuminated emergency exit sign in the bedroom is very bright.

Brand-new house, great location. It’s a bit noisy next to a big street but traffic gets quite after 10pm. ‘
