It was probably the best value for a hotel in Europe I’ve had in a long time. Great space, clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast (and the breakfast area is also very clean and well designed!). "Excellent in every way but accessing the hotel reception area with a heavy suitcase was difficult. I had to take the ramp-access which took me to the conferencing area of the hotel. In the end a kindly guest showed to to reception as I would not have found this on my own via the ramp access to the hotel. I felt a bit embarrassed by getting to reception by the kindness of one of your other guests."
