What a fantastic family hotel! I say hotel a little loosely, because it is really a family house that you can rent for a night or several.
Watanabe-san may be the most hospitable person we have crossed on this planet. Not only did he open the door while we were getting organized outside his establishment, but he did not panic or get upset when our littlest (6 years) immediately stepped with shoes on the internal floor.
After showing us the wonderful accommodation, he asked if we were...

They just finished a big renovation. It locates a very convenient location in the center of Tokyo. Just a short walk to Shinagawa train station. You can catch a bullet train there.

Great find near Shinagawa and Sengakuji stations. Staff super helpful and pros. Would like more variety on the breakfast buffet. Luckily the Shinagawa station has the Atre’ with more options. Offers you access to the Shinkansen and Best Buy walking distance would stay here again as it’s a short train stopfrom Haneda

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well.
We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

It takes 10 to 14 minutes to get to nearest rail transport.. a little far for Tokyo hotels I am used to.. I come to Japan often.. On a positive easy access to Haneda Airport as compared to Narita.. Also cheaper going to Haneda Airport on taxi and allot cheaper.. 5000 to 6000 yen ($33-$40) Narita is about 18000 to 27000 yen ($120-$180).. This is good value when you first arrive and depart if you do not want to take the rail with allot of luggage..

My experience staying at the hotel in Shinagawa, Tokyo, was wonderful overall. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and comfortable environment. Tokyo is such a busy and exciting city, so having a hotel where you can relax and recharge after a long day of exploring makes a huge difference. The hotel provided a pleasant place to stay and made my overall visit to Japan even more enjoyable.

Wonderful free "light" breakfast, which was all you can eat freshly made delicious bacon, eggs on the wet side which appears very common here in Japan, noodles, yogurt, milk, mixed fruit, pastries, toast coffee, espresso, juice/soda machine with Coke, Coke zero, energy drinks, Minute Maid OJ... I mean are you kidding? You had access to all those beverages from 6am to 10pm, the area doubled as a quiet lounge after breakfast. Read, use a workstation, whatever you wanted. We will be going back to...

It's pretty hard to beat the value and convenience of Japanese business hotels like this one. For less than you might pay for the worst motel in the most remote part of the US, you get a clean room, pretty much all the toiletries you would need if you left something behind, a place just a short walk from one of the most important stations in one of the world's largest cities, a 24-hour coffee bar, a free breakfast option, and more.

Very clean and comfy apartment. Two bedrooms in one apartment, third bedroom is in a separate small apartment. Great for small groups or families. 1km from Takanawa Gateway station - can walk it if you do not have too much luggage. The building is on a quiet neighborhood street but close to food options. Highly recommend staying there. Hard to find that much living space in Tokyo.

The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The property had more than enough space for our family of 6. Breakfast was brought to us in the morning which was extremely convenient. The concierge was friendly and knowledgeable. Want to stay here again in the future!

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,
