"This is my children's favourite hotel among the 4 hotels we stayed in Japan. The rooms we had had 3 beds, enough space for our luggages and the amenities are perfect for what we need. Its part of Kansai airport and the Kansai train station so it is really convenient. It has coin laundry, nicest staff and a lawson."

"This hotel is perfectly fit for purpose! Its not massive but has everything youd need, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the airport shuttle was great! There is a mall attached for any last minute ahopping and a train station basically underneath it! Would absolutely stay again!"

"The room was dirty, very obvious stains, and hair in obvious places. Was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathtub was dirty to the point I did not want to take a bath in it. The bed was clean though."
