"Great staff! They spoke enough English that we were able to pay for late check-out in person in cash(yen). But overall the tablet check-in was easy and the room was amazing! 10/10 would stay again. The room was spacious with 4 beds, and a community area, washer/dryer, and a large tub compared to APA hotels with no space.."

"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. The room was musty and smelled of mildew, took half a day with a/c full blast and patio door open to...

"客室も備品も清潔に管理されております。 スタッフさんとはチャットでのメッセージでしか接点はありませんが、スムーズに対応していただけました。"

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was extra comfortable and the bathroom was spacious."

"The map location took us to the small road and end road in the back. We needed to reverse out to the front road. I thought it was a house but it wasn't. It's an apartment with 3 bedrooms with very very small living area. You can't even walk together or walk opposite direction. You need to wait someone walk pass first then you can walk. "Very easy to check in and great walking distance to Universal Studios if you like to walk. "

"This was a last minute booking and the host had everything ready when we arrived. The location was convenient to the bus line and the Shinkansen station. Our room was clean and comfortable for five adult size people. "

"I had a wonderful experience renting this apartment. The location is convenient, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The apartment itself is well-maintained, clean, and comes with modern amenities. The landlord was responsive and easy to communicate with, addressing any concerns promptly. The overall atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it truly feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience."
