Great area if you want to stay before going to KIX. One stop to Rinku Premium Outlets. The room above is a bit noisy around midnight. Dryer is a hazard because of the improper support. We only stayed for one night though.

Good: It is just a few steps away from the Isumisano train station and near lots of restaurants and 7-Eleven. Bad: The dryer did not work well and the light for the filter kept beeping and chiming even though I emptied the filter. The dryer also was very noisy. There was no dining table where we could eat. The futon couch bed was not comfortable at all. Location is ideal but noisy. Four four people the place was cramped.

チェックインの方法がわからず問い合わせた際、とても親切に対応していただいたおかげで、安心して宿泊することができました。大人４人は少し狭かったですが、スーツケースも広げることができ、関空出発の前泊に良い宿だと思います。

2回目の利用です。泉佐野駅からすぐ近くでコストパフォーマンスはかなりいいと思います。泉佐野駅にセブンイレブンとマツモトキヨシがあるので買い物も困りません。建物はそれなりの年数が経ってそうですがかなり綺麗に保たれてます。洗濯機、乾燥機があるのが便利ですが、乾燥機は数分で止まってしまうことがあり何度かやり直しが必要でした。洗面所の下水の臭いが少し気になりますが許容範囲だと思います。総合的に見て良かったので今年も利用させていただきました。機会があればまた利用したいです。

Highly recommended

Very happy with our stay! Super convenient; close to the station, convenience store and pharmacy. Having a washer and dryer in the room was A+ for a family with children like us. Fully enjoyed restaurants nearby and a fish market (15 min walk) which was very interesting. Will stay again for sure.
