Additional Sleeping: Two sofa beds in the living room convert to double beds.

Our bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with all necessary toiletries and towels, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Ensuite Bathroom: Attached to the master bedroom.
Main Bathroom: Serves the second and third bedrooms.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property, except the garage, including the waterfront jetty.

★ Additional Guests ★
Our home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. For groups over 6, there is an additional charge of $50 per guest per night.

★ Food Safety ★
We do not provide salt, pepper, or sugar for food safety reasons. These can be easily purchased from Coles or Woolworths at Southgate Plaza (750m from the property).

★ Tea/Coffee ★
Complimentary tea and coffee are provided to start your day right.

★ Parking ★
Parking is available with space for 2 cars in the driveway, and additional street parking is also available.

★ Child Safety ★
Please note that the property is not suitable for unsupervised children due to the waterfront location.
