Surprisingly quiet for a hostel. Perfect for a single traveller. Felt safe and the bed was very comfortable. Bring eye mask as city lights are bright through windows!!
Room was clean and location is amazing. Little noisy at night but earplugs were suppled. Would stay there again. Good option for budget accommodation in Sydney cbd
Great and friendly staff, clean, good people staying there, wonderful roommates and fun bar next door. Only small con was no plug on upper bunks (plenty within the room though).
Staff were helpful and friendly, convenient location but if we could have at least a table in the room to put our essentials on would be great! Other than that, loved it! 😍 Thank you for our stay here!
Great friendly environment. I was in a 4 person room with en-suite facilities for two nights. In my early 50s but still felt connected to the youth who were good company and respectful. Loved the experience

The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and tidy . The shower facilities are good with hot water . This is my second stay and would recommend to stay in the female only dorms as I felt very safe travelling as a sole female traveler. The elevator are out which is my only negative but due to required maintenance that’s not the staff fault . They are very helpful in helping you with getting your luggage to your room . Would def stay again. great location and activities within the hostel are well rounded and accommodate all
Average hostel, convince location. Some dislike, the bed sheet was dirty.
Please suggest to guests don't leave plates in the room, there were dirty plates for three days.
The location is excellent. Rooms ok. Toilets and showers were filthy and there was no hot water over the 3 days of my stay. What a shame

Staff and checking was awesome.
They even upgraded me to a good room. I would be happy to stay here next time too as it is very convenient to move around.
Downside - Broken fixtures in bathrooms and loud doors.
Elevator is being fixed which was not ideal for me to walk 3 stairs after running a gruel marathon ( 5 floors to kitchen)
Rest else, great work team and loved my stay here.
Location was excellent, close to public transport and very central. Bedding and room was clean, but bathrooms and other public spaces not kept clean. In the kitchen there often weren’t tea towels to dry dishes or enough clean cutlery.
It is very good for the price. The doors open with your phone which is cool but sometimes it doesnt work. The rooms are a bit outdated, they need renovation and the shared toilets are not very clean at times. They have common space where you can make new friends and socialise if you are travelling solo. The location cannot be better, it is very central. I would stay again for sure.

Very nice spot and super nice staffs, the downfall is clubbing downstairs until dawn, which makes you feel like you are sleeping on the dance floor 😂 we had a room with crossing outside, and you can hear that beeping all night long. Good lock system, good facility, everything was clean. The bed was a bit cheap but for that price I don’t expect much more.
Overall pretty nice, would suit young people.

No windows/aircon in the top floor girls only rooms. 6 girls sharing one room with a really bad plug in fan. all sockets one end of the room rather than one for each individual bunk which was boiling hot. Overall areas were clean and kitchen is big. Good location if you want to be in the city.
The shower was covered in hair, the guy who checked us in gave us the wrong bathroom number. The bathroom smelt and had hair on the sink and the room was dusty. The staff being super friendly was the only good thing that made it better.

I was unfortunate enough to have a room on the druitt street side, the noise was horrible throughout the night from cars, trucks, people walking past, people talking on the sidewalk or at the bar. Feels like we were on the street/sidewalk below as the noise can be heard loudly from our room, just horrible and was not able to sleep at all. Maybe the hotel can do something to insulate the room from the noise coming from the outside.
Customer service was excellent and room was clean enough. Thank you.
This place is whack lol -> they make you download an app to use as a room key which is totally fine and limits having to use key cards but the app has the world's longest delay in actually opening the doors and is really finicky to use!! The room had some kind of mold in it as we both were pretty congested and had a hard time breathing during our stay. There was only one bathroom stall and one shower for our side of the floor (probably like 20 people??). In addition the mattress and sheets were stained and funkyyyy. The staff were super nice tho and it was fairly affordable, but I think unless I was broke as I would pay to stay in a hotel next time hehe!
